The SSC Annual Examination is over. Now I Want To Go a Picnic Before Publishing SSC Result 2017. The Problem is I Not Able To Arrange a Picnic Party. But I have a Big Brother and I Go To him For Asking How To arrange a Picnic Party. He Explain Me very Well and Now I going to Share with you All of Suggestion I Got from Him. Arrange a Picnic Party
This is what I Got from Him n Reply
First – I should convene a meeting with my Friends and Settle an Amount of Contribution. In The Meeting I will have to decide The Picnic Spot and Date.

Then I will have To Form a Committee. Under The Main Committee, There Will is Many Sub Committee, Each Committee Will Perform Separate Job. Suppose, There Will be ¾ Members Who Will over All In-charge of the picnic Party. One Group Will is Responsible for Collection the Contribution; Other Groups Will Arrange the Communication Means. There will be The Others Group to do marketing. Other group will be responsible for cooking. Next – One Group will be Responsible for arranging cultural Show. There will be Another Group That Will be Responsible Feeding the party. As per The Job Specification of The Picnic, Every Sub Committee Will is liable to the main Committee For accountability and Discharging Their Duty.

After That – He Also Told Me that all should have Unquestioning Obedience to the main Committee. Otherwise The Whole Arrangements Will becomes Unsuccessful for the Failure of one Group.

Finally – All Will Get an Experience of having group job and to know how To the Problems can be overcome.
